Youthology Media, formerly Gorilla Nation Kids and Teens was relaunched in 2011. We began in 2007 with a small sales team and a conservative roster of kids targeted publishers. Our objective was to provide our publishers with quality service, compelling integration and 360 degree programs.

The division’s launch was exceptionally successful and as a result of this, we expanded the division to include GN Kids and Teens. As the sales team and our resources continued to grow, we strategically expanded our publisher roster, methodically and conservatively evaluating quality partners. From there, we expanded our internal resources to include dedicated marketing solutions, creative support and best in class technologies to maintain a competitive offering in the marketplace.

At the start of 2011, we rebranded our GN Kids and Teens division to be called Youthology. Youthology, to us is the study of youth: kids, tweens, teens and their actions, habits, affinities and interests online. Youthology is more than a company representing sites targeting kids and teens. We strive to provide marketing services, with strong relationships, competitive technology all focused on the youth audience segment. Youthology is a part of the Gorilla Nation family, a division of Gorilla Nation. We continue to offer targeted solutions to advertisers around the globe, working closely with clients like Nintendo, General Mills, Warner Bros. and more.

Becoming a Member of the Youthology Family

Youthology carefully and strategically evaluates all new and prospective Publishers. As a site specific representation firm, we review all new sites based on several criterion that allow us to consider a potential partnership. At a minimum we require that all Publisher Partners have at least 1 million page views per month, as well as at least 1-2 standard IAB ad placements. Please note that there are also several other criterion which we use to evaluate publishers such as type of content, demographics, ad opportunities and more.
